I bought these after using a 1500mg tincture from this company. I like these more simply because I take some pills in the morning so I just throw three of these into my morning routine. They are easy to take and they don't mess with my blood sugar which is great. I am back to playing ultimate frisbee and at age 56 that is a feat of strength! Ha!
