Pre or Post Workout CBD Infused Shake

This is my go to pre or post-workout shake. If I am doing a fun activity like surfing, biking, yoga, or jiu-jitsu I enjoy kickstarting my anti-inflammatory process before . For my more weight lifting style workouts I prefer to medicate after to help with muscle soreness.

This shake is tasty and healthy.

Heres what you'll need! 

  1. 1 cup of Almond Milk or any Milk of your choice. (I enjoy Cashew or Hemp Milk)
  2. 1 teaspoon of Santa Cruz Medicinals CBD Infused Coconut Oil (Add amount according to preferred dose)
  3. 1 handful of Raspberries
  4. 1 Banana
  5. Protein Powder of your choice (optional)

Toss all the ingredients into a blender and blend away! Enjoy the day and be active!
