4 Count Calm Caps

These are a little travel 4 pack of our Calm Capsules. Great for on-the-go use, a gift for a loved one, or for you to test these out to see if they work. Each pack comes with 4 Calm Capsules. I take 2 capsules about 45 mins before I want to feel calm and centered. 

We formulated this product using a potent dose of 200mg of CBD, 500mg of Ashwagandha, 300mg of L-Theanine, 300mg of Passion Flower, 200mg of Lions Mane, and 100mg of L-Tryptophan. The result is a formula that makes me feel calm and centered. It does not make me sleepy but I would not reccomend taking this right before a workout. 

I use this formula when I need to wind down yet still get some tasks done. 

You can take 2-3 pills per day. We recommend you start with 2 and see how you feel as this formula is potent and you will notice it.  

Ingredients: CBD, Ashwaghanda, Lions Mane, L-Theanine, L-Tryptophan, Passion Flower.  

This ingredient roster is truly something we are proud of. We went through many different formulas and wanted a well rounded formula meant for calming and centering by supporting proper adrenal gland function and cortisol rhythm.  

Here is a little information on each ingredient:

L-Theanine:  L-Theanine promotes relaxation by increasing Alpha wave activity in your brain. Brain waves show how the different parts of your brain are communicating. Beta waves are associated with active consciousness. The first step in feeling calm is a shift in your brain from mostly beta to mostly alpha wave activity. L-Theanine can help your brain transition to this state and is a super safe yet potent ingredient.

Lions Mane: Lions Mane has been extensively researched in multiple human studies to have Nuerotropic effects and nueroregenerative effects. Neurotrophic factors are important in promoting the growth and differentiation of neurons. Basically Lions Mane is an amazing "food" for your brain. We sourced the highest quality most potent Lions Mane. 

Passion Flower: Passionflower has been used for centuries in herbal medicine for its calming properties. This is now starting to catch the attention of modern medicine. A study (linked below) compared Passionflower dosing to a popular anti-anxiety drug Oxazepam. The study was a double blind placebo controlled study and the researches concluded that Passionflower was effective in treating anxiety in this study. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11679026/) 

It is popular in sleep supplements but in the dosages used for this formula you should not get sleepy. 

Ashwaghanda: Ashwagandha supports healthy nervous system function by providing antioxidant support and naturally supporting the pathways in the brain for Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a neurotransmitter that's responsible for sustaining calmness and maintaining muscle tone. Ashwaghanda has numerous studies showing its safety and effectiveness. 

L-Tryptophan: L-Tryptophan is a natural amino acid found in many proteins which is involved in the production of the hormone Serotonin and has been shown to help reduce aggression and stress. 

CBD: CBD is currently being researched for its benefits in many aspects of cognitive function and sleep. CBD by itself can allegedly be useful in this formula due to its potential anxiolytic (anti-anxiety) properties. There have been some amazing pubmed studies on CBD and anxiety. When combining your dose of CBD with the powerful ingredients above you have an amazing well rounded formula.
